KHAFRE Inc is not for profit 501c3 organization that was officially incorporated in September of 2009, by the Mississippi Secretary of State.

The purpose of the organization is to provide educational, lifestyle and cultural programs, build monuments and memorials to honor, celebrate, and recognize the rich and complex history of the Mississippi Delta.
